FOOD RECALL
One of the fundraising activities at the Tuggeranong Uniting Church Spring fair on 9 November 2024 was a home made jam stall. We recently received a report that one jar of jam had a mould growth on it when opened. All jars sold on the day were labelled with a batch code, and the affected batch is C4. If you have any jars with this batch code, do not consume the contents, irrespective of whether visible mould is present. Please return all jars labelled with this code, whether opened or unopened, to the church office leaving your name and contact details, and we’ll arrange for a full refund of the purchase price as soon as possible. You do not need to empty the jars before returning them. No other batches of jam are involved in this recall, and you do not need to return those.
