Free to Move Yoga
Katrina from Free to Move Yoga offers a special type of yoga movement class designed to help you release tight muscles and joints so you can rediscover what relaxed feels like! You will learn how to completely release your whole body using safe, gentle movements on the floor. There’s no jumping around or pretzel-like poses. You will feel fabulously relaxed by the end of class and enjoy a deep rest covered with blankets and snuggling up to a hot water bottle. This class is suitable for people recovering from injuries or conditions that limit their mobility and pain. It’s also great for people who want to stay mobile and keep doing what they love doing. No experience or levels of fitness or flexibility required. You start from where you’re at.
