SpringFest25 will be held on Saturday,18 October 2024 from 9am to 2pm.
To broaden the range of stalls, new members of the congregation are invited to come forward with ideas for additional stalls, eg, different foods, or pre-loved kitchen utensils (not electrical), pots and pans, or tools in reasonable condition.
This is also a general call for volunteers to help on stalls and as marshals to welcome visitors and hand out programs. Please add your name on the stalls list on the board in the Church foyer if you can assist on 18 October.

Reminders about specific stalls
Cakes: Please consider making a cake, slice or biscuits to support the Cakes stall. You could bake now and freeze items until SpringFest. (See dot point below)
Conserves: Please consider making jams to support the Conserves stall. Need jam jars? Please help yourself to the jam jars and a copy of the jam making instructions in the box in the foyer.*
Plants: Please consider potting some plants to support the Plants stall. Need pots? Please help yourself to the pots in the box in the foyer; also consider growing vegetable seedlings in punnets and bee friendly plants. Please label pots with plant names before delivery.
Books: If sorting out books for the stall, please DO NOT INCLUDE any school or university text books, medical advice books, encyclopaedias, magazines, journals, or CDs.
- Food Safety Regulations require that foodstuffs supplied to the Cafe, Conserves or Cakes stalls be labelled with date produced, list of ingredients and the maker’s code. For example: Made for Tuggeranong Uniting Church on [date] by A1 [maker’s code] followed by the list of ingredients.
